Here are the refund policies:

• Drop refund request within 7 days of course purchased.
• Money-back assurance is invalid if the candidate has accessed more than 25% content or took the E-Book. For Instructor-Led Training
• Appeal for a refund within 7 days of the start of the first batch you have opted to attend.
• Money-back assurance is invalid if the candidate has accessed more than 25% content.
• If the candidate has attended Online Classrooms and received recordings more than a day, then also they are not liable for a refund.
• If the user downloads E-Book for the course this also invalids their refund.

• If the cancellation is done by the entrants within 48 hours of subscribing, 5% of the fee will be withheld as the management fee.
• No refund will be made, if the cancellation is approached by the entrant after 48 hours of subscription.

Duplicate payment made by the entrant will be treated through the same source (original method of payment) within 5-7 working days after notification by the payee.
